KEYNOTE SPEAKER:RICK CALDWELL is Director of Men's Fraternity and assists pastors and leaders around the world in successfully integrating the Mens Fraternity curriculum in their ministry to men. Prior to his work with Men's Fraternity Rick had a diverse background that included: traveling nationally as a speaker, running a family land development business, and serving on the staff of three Southern Baptist churches. In 1999, Rick began working with Fellowship Bible Church first serving as the founding director of ShareFest (www.sharefest.com), a strategic, bridge-building event that united over 100 Little Rock churches demonstrating the love of Christ to the community. Later, Rick joined the team of Fellowship Associates where he now coaches and consults churches on how to best implement Mens Fraternity. He is a graduate of Samford University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. He and his wife JoNell have been married for over 30 years and have two grown children and one teenager.
